This is great for little guys, it’s small so they can burrow right down wih no trouble, no scent to hurt them like pine or cedar do, and it really absorbs their odors. I actually have to keep track of when I last changed the bedding so I don’t go too long between changes because I rarely get any odor at all from the cage.
My tortoise absolutely loves to burrow in this stuff. It is very absorbent and he really seems to enjoy it.
I’ve had small animals as pets off and on throughout my life. I have never used such good bedding as this hemp bedding. It lasts a long time, there is little to no animal odor due to its incredible absorbancy. It is very clean stuff and soft, not like wood chips. The mice love it. It really is remarkable and I find it the best of all the choices out there. By far!
This bedding is silken, smooth, comfortable and odor free. Hands down the best small animal bedding ever. Unfortunately, not sure they still manufacture it as I can’t get a hold of more.
This is a case of the best product losing to cheaper alternatives that are worth only a fraction of what this product is worth.
It goes a long way, making it EXTREMELY economical. I hope this company is able to continue manufacturing it.
Very happy with the hemp litter. Don’t have to worry about harmful gases like with the pine and cedar. Don’t have to worry about chemicals as with the manmade materials. Cage and hamster smell pleasant and clean. So happy to be able to get it through amazon/amazon’s associates as my local stores have stopped carrying it. Highly recommend it.
